Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it and that are sent back to the website on subsequent requests. They can be "session" cookies, deleted when you close the browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain until their expiry date or until you delete them.

2. Cookies used by the INTERCLUSTER Questionnaire

The INTERCLUSTER Questionnaire (https://intercluster.interreg-ipa-adrion.eu) uses only technical cookies, which are strictly necessary to provide the service you request: to route your requests correctly, to keep the connection secure and to allow login. These cookies are not used to identify you personally, to profile you or for advertising purposes.

The Questionnaire does not use analytics cookies, profiling or marketing cookies, or cookies from social networks or other third parties.

Under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Guidelines on cookies of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021, technical cookies do not require your consent. For this reason no cookie banner is displayed.

4. Links to other websites

The Questionnaire may contain links to other websites, such as the website of the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme or the social media channels of the project. These websites may use their own cookies, including analytics cookies, under their own cookie and privacy policies, which we recommend you read.

5. How to manage cookies

You can view, block or delete cookies through your browser settings (usually in the "Privacy" or "Security" section). Please note that blocking technical cookies may prevent the Questionnaire or the login from working correctly.

6. Changes to this policy

If new cookies are introduced, in particular cookies that require consent (e.g. analytics cookies), this policy will be updated and, where required, you will be asked for your consent through a banner before such cookies are stored.
