Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the INTERCLUSTER Questionnaire and the related pages available at https://intercluster.interreg-ipa-adrion.eu (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Aeroporti di Puglia S.p.A., Viale Enzo Ferrari, 70128 Bari, Italy (the "Operator") on behalf of the partnership of the project INTERCLUSTER – "Promoting Interregional logistic clustering in Adrion Area", co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg VI-B IPA ADRION Programme 2021-2027.

By accessing the Service, submitting the Questionnaire or requesting registration, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service allows stakeholders of the logistics sector in the Adriatic-Ionian area to share their views on logistics in their cluster and on the future of logistics services and technologies. The information collected is used to define the initial composition of the ADRION macro-regional logistics cluster, to prepare project outputs and to share the results with participants.

3. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for representatives of organisations (public authorities, companies, research and education institutions, business support organisations, NGOs and other stakeholders). By submitting the Questionnaire you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to provide the information on behalf of your organisation.

4. Registration and account

Some features may require registration. Registration requests are reviewed by the Operator or the project partners, who may accept or refuse them. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account, and you must inform the Operator promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Filling in the Questionnaire

  • Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
  • You agree to provide information that is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge.
  • Answers should concern your organisation and its activities. Do not include confidential information, trade secrets or personal data of third parties.
  • Once submitted, answers cannot be modified by the user. To correct your answers, contact the Operator.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Service you must not:

  • provide false information or impersonate another person or organisation;
  • submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or that infringes third-party rights;
  • submit the Questionnaire repeatedly or by automated means, or otherwise distort the results;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems or other users' data, or interfere with its functioning, security or availability;
  • introduce malware or use the Service for purposes other than those described in these Terms.

7. Your answers and their use

You keep all rights over the information you submit. By submitting it, you grant the Operator and the INTERCLUSTER project partners a free, non-exclusive licence to use, analyse, combine and reproduce it for the purposes of the project, including the composition and operation of the clusters, the preparation of project deliverables and the communication and capitalisation activities of the project and of the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme.

Results are published or shared only in aggregated form that does not identify individual respondents, unless you agree otherwise. Personal data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. No commitment

Filling in the Questionnaire does not create any obligation for you or your organisation, does not constitute membership of the cluster and does not give rise to any right to funding or services. Membership of the cluster is governed by the specific documents adopted for that purpose (e.g. the Memorandum of Understanding).

9. Intellectual property

The software, graphics and texts of the Service belong to the Operator, the project partners or their licensors. Reuse of informative content is authorised provided the source ("INTERCLUSTER project – Interreg IPA ADRION Programme") is acknowledged. The names and logos of the European Union, of the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme and of the project partners may not be used without authorisation.

10. Availability of the Service

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and the information timely and accurate. If errors are reported, they will be corrected as soon as possible. The Service may be modified, suspended or closed at any time, in particular at the end of the questionnaire campaign or of the project.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Operator and the project partners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, from loss of data or profits, or from interruptions or errors, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The Operator is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Service.

This Service is co-funded by the European Union. Its contents are the sole responsibility of the INTERCLUSTER project partnership and do not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union or of the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme bodies.

12. Suspension

The Operator may suspend or close accounts, or exclude answers from the analysis, in case of breach of these Terms or of suspected fraudulent or abusive use. The Interreg IPA ADRION Programme applies a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud; suspected irregularities may be reported to the competent Programme bodies.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Service after an update means acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the Service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bari, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of law.
